The best SaaS podcasts in 2026 are The Official SaaStr Podcast, The SaaS Podcast, Startups For the Rest of Us, Top Founders, Run the Numbers, The Remarkable SaaS Podcast, The GTMnow Podcast and [Un]Churned. A SaaS podcast is a show for the people who build, sell and run a subscription software company, from the founder to the CFO counting recurring revenue.

Most of the SaaS podcasts a search turns up have stopped. Of the nineteen shows on the list that ranks first for this search, four are still publishing.

Best SaaS podcasts in 2026

The best SaaS podcasts in 2026 are these eight, each the strongest live show for one part of running a SaaS company.

Show Made by Best for Median length
The Official SaaStr Podcast SaaStr Scaling from zero to $100M ARR 44 min
The SaaS Podcast Omer Khan How founders found their first customers 47 min
Startups For the Rest of Us Rob Walling Bootstrapped SaaS 33 min
Top Founders Nathan Latka Revenue figures from SaaS founders 20 min
Run the Numbers CJ Gustafson SaaS finance and metrics 49 min
The Remarkable SaaS Podcast Ton Dobbe Positioning a sales-led product 48 min
The GTMnow Podcast Sophie Buonassisi, GTMnow Go-to-market at fast-growing software companies 46 min
[Un]Churned Josh Schachter, Gainsight Retention and customer success 36 min

Pick by the number that is keeping you up. A founder short of customers and a CFO explaining net revenue retention to a board need different shows.

Best SaaS podcasts for bootstrapped founders

The best SaaS podcasts for bootstrapped founders are Startups For the Rest of Us, The SaaS Podcast and saas.unbound. All three are built on interviews with founders.

Show Made by Median length
Startups For the Rest of Us Rob Walling 33 min
The SaaS Podcast Omer Khan 47 min
saas.unbound Ryan Wardell, saas.group 45 min

Startups For the Rest of Us is hosted by Rob Walling, co-founder of the bootstrapper conference MicroConf and the accelerator TinySeed. It is on episode 856 and still goes out every Tuesday, lately on which SaaS moats survive AI and how to become the product an AI assistant recommends. The SaaS Podcast has narrowed to one question: a founder explains how they got their first customers and kept them, from founder-led sales to a first fifty accounts.

saas.unbound comes from saas.group, which buys and runs software companies, and it shows in the guests. A recent episode is a founder who first met his company during M&A due diligence, then grew it from $3M to $5M ARR.

Software Social, Bootstrapped Web and Build Your SaaS all ran as two founders recording updates on their own companies. All three have been quiet for more than three months, while the three interview shows above are still publishing.

Best podcasts for SaaS metrics and finance

The best podcasts for SaaS metrics and finance are Run the Numbers, The SaaS CFO and SaaS Metrics School. Two of the three come from the same host.

Show Made by Median length
Run the Numbers CJ Gustafson 49 min
The SaaS CFO Ben Murray 25 min
SaaS Metrics School Ben Murray 6 min

Run the Numbers is hosted by CJ Gustafson, a CFO who writes the Mostly Metrics newsletter, and it publishes about twice a week: CFO interviews, plus breakdowns of filings such as Anthropic’s S-1. Ben Murray splits his work across two feeds. The SaaS CFO is the interview show, about weekly. SaaS Metrics School is the lesson, a single concept in about six minutes, such as benchmarking against ARR and ACV bands.

The Metrics Brothers, Dave Kellogg and Ray Rike’s show on software metrics, posted an episode titled “The Metrics Brothers Hiatus” on 3 June 2026 and nothing since.

Best podcasts for SaaS retention and churn

The best podcasts for SaaS retention and churn are [Un]Churned, Breakthrough SaaS Growth and CHURN FM. The first two publish weekly.

Show Made by Median length
[Un]Churned Josh Schachter, Gainsight 36 min
Breakthrough SaaS Growth Jason Whitehead and Jason Noble 32 min
CHURN FM Andrew Michael 38 min

[Un]Churned is Gainsight’s show for customer success leaders, hosted by Josh Schachter, and its recent episodes are about renewals run by AI agents and proving AI spend to a CFO. Breakthrough SaaS Growth covers retention, expansion and net revenue retention from the commercial side. It went from four episodes in 2025 to more than fifty in 2026, most of them on a Monday.

CHURN FM describes itself as a Wednesday show. It published eleven episodes in the past year, with a three-month gap over the summer, so treat its archive of more than 300 episodes as the reason to subscribe.

Best SaaS podcasts for go-to-market

The best SaaS podcasts for go-to-market are The Official SaaStr Podcast, The GTMnow Podcast, The Remarkable SaaS Podcast and Top Founders.

Show Made by Median length
The Official SaaStr Podcast SaaStr 44 min
The GTMnow Podcast Sophie Buonassisi, GTMnow 46 min
The Remarkable SaaS Podcast Ton Dobbe 48 min
Top Founders Nathan Latka 20 min

SaaStr is the best podcast for B2B SaaS founders overall, and its recent run is about selling in the AI era: Databricks’ CRO on rebuilding the sales team, and how to get a product picked by AI agents. GTMnow interviews chief revenue officers about specific climbs, such as Legora’s from $3.5M to more than $200M ARR. The Remarkable SaaS Podcast is for founders whose problem is sounding like everyone else: Ton Dobbe, author of The Remarkable Effect, takes one trait of a differentiated software company per episode.

Top Founders is the fastest of the four. Nathan Latka asks SaaS founders for their revenue, customer count and growth in about twenty minutes. It published close to one a day in 2021 and 2022, and now publishes about once a week. For the sales team itself, the best sales podcasts are a separate list.

Which SaaS podcasts have stopped?

About fifty a year, then nothing after January

Twenty well-known SaaS podcasts have published nothing in more than 90 days, the common definition of a dormant show. Most still appear on the lists that rank for this search.

Show Made by Last episode
Software Social Michele Hansen and Colleen Schnettler July 2026
The Metrics Brothers Dave Kellogg and Ray Rike June 2026
Bootstrapped Web Brian Casel and Jordan Gal May 2026
Build Your SaaS Transistor.fm April 2026
SaaS Scaling Secrets Dan Balcauski April 2026
The Bootstrapped Founder Arvid Kahl April 2026
Founder Chats Baremetrics March 2026
SaaS Sessions Sunil Neurgaonkar February 2026
The SaaS Revolution Show Alex Theuma, SaaStock January 2026
Grow Your B2B SaaS Joran Hofman December 2025

The Growth Hub Advance B2B July 2025
How to Win Peep Laja May 2025
Better Done Than Perfect Userlist April 2025
SaaS Builder Podcast Maxio April 2025
SaaS Marketing Superstars Aaron Zakowski May 2024
The SaaS Venture Aaron Weiche March 2024
Indie Hackers Courtland and Channing Allen June 2023
SaaS Open Mic ChartMogul January 2023
SaaS Insider Shira Abel January 2018

Few of them said goodbye. Searching For SaaS closed on “Lessons from 128 Episodes of Searching”, and The Metrics Brothers announced a hiatus. The SaaS Revolution Show published about fifty episodes a year for five years, then stopped on 29 January 2026 with an ordinary interview. Five years of a steady schedule is no protection.

Five of the stopped shows were made by software companies: ChartMogul, Baremetrics, Userlist, Maxio and Transistor.fm. Gainsight’s [Un]Churned is the exception, still weekly. Owning an events business does not settle it either: SaaStr’s show is on episode 884, and SaaStock’s has gone quiet. For a company deciding whether to start one, why company podcasts fail is mostly about who owns the next episode.

How to choose a SaaS podcast

Start from the metric you need to move

Choose a SaaS podcast by the metric you are trying to move, then give one show three full episodes before judging it.

Not enough customers: The SaaS Podcast, then Startups For the Rest of Us. Pipeline and sales motion: SaaStr or GTMnow. Churn and expansion: [Un]Churned. Board metrics and the finance stack: Run the Numbers, with SaaS Metrics School for the definitions. Ten minutes between meetings: SaaS Metrics School or Top Founders.

Then read the date of the latest episode. Among the SaaS podcasts that still circulate on recommended lists, that one check rules out more than half.
